3. Quotes and Estimates

Any quotes or estimates provided through our website, by phone, or by email are non-binding estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions, including but not limited to: volume of items, access conditions, distance, stairs, elevators, packing requirements, and additional services requested on moving day.

4. Booking and Payment

A moving date is confirmed once a deposit (if applicable) is received and a written confirmation is provided. Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We accept payment methods as specified at the time of booking.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your move. Cancellation and rescheduling policies, including any applicable fees, will be outlined in your service agreement.

6. Insurance and Liability

We Care Professional Moving Company is fully insured. Our standard liability coverage is included with every move. Additional valuation coverage options are available upon request. Please discuss your coverage needs with our team before moving day. Certain items (such as jewellery, cash, important documents, and hazardous materials) should be transported personally by the customer.

7. Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not use our website to submit false or misleading information, to impersonate any person or entity, or to interfere with the proper operation of the website.
